WWW Wednesday is a bookish tag hosted by Taking On A World Of Words so that I can keep my blogging world up to date with what I am currently reading! So there are three questions for this tag:
- What are you reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What are you planning on reading next?
Write your answers in the comments below or join in on the tag!
Currently reading:
Sea Witch – Sarah Henning
I am loving this fairytale inspired story! I have an affinity for the ocean and everything is making me love this story. Plus there’s magic and witches and mermaids, who wouldn’t be down for that? I am so glad that I bought the hardback version of this book as well as it is stunning.
Recently finished:
Cinder – Marissa Meyer
This story was brilliant! I am not a massive fan of sci-fi unless it has a dystopian angle to it. I really enjoyed this and now I know I will dig the rest of the Lunar Chronicles. Who doesn’t love the idea of a Prince being obtainable when you are a greasy mechanic?! This was the first fairy tale retelling I have read and I am so glad I chose it as the first to read as part of my themed TBR month.
Planning to read next:
The Beasts Heart – Leife Shallcross
Beauty and The Beast is one of my favourite Disney movies, so I am really interested to see how it is written. Leife Shallcross is also an Australian author so that’s a bonus!! I’ve read a lot of negative and positive reviews on Goodreads so I am a little anxious to start the book.
I hope you love the Sea Witch, I am about halfway through Cinder and even though Dystopian books are not my thing… I really love this booK! 💗

I’m really loving Sea Witch! The storytelling is brilliant 😊 Cinder was dystopian without being too OTT dystopian. I’m glad you’re enjoying it!
