Top Ten Bookstores on my Bookish Bucket List

I am a huge SUCKER for bookstores, I can not walk into one without buying at least one or two books. They are most likely my biggest weakness! Over the two months that I have been on bookstagram I have come across some of the most INCREDIBLE bookstores I have ever seen. So for your viewing pleasure I have collated some photos of these magical places, maybe you can add a few to your bookish bucket list?

  1. I’ve been to the Last Bookstore in LA and Parnassus in Nashville. Both are amazing, but The Last Bookstore really stole my heart. I could’ve spent all day in there. It helped that they had a tiny yarn store upstairs and I’m a knitter as well as a bookworm. I hope you get a chance to see it one day!! Parnassus does great author signings! I was able to see Leigh Bardugo there and it was one of my favorite nights.

    1. That is so cool!!! I will definitely get to The Last Bookstore as I am off to LA on a trip in a year or so 😊 I wish I had known about it when I was there back in March! It looks so magical 😍 Parnassus might end up on a travel route one day hopefully. What was Leigh Bardugo like? That would have been such a cool experience

      1. That’s so amazing! It’s so great to hear when people have awesome experiences with authors who do great work! Hopefully I will get to meet her when she comes to Australia next. I missed the last time

  2. Yes!! My favourite thing to do in a new city (hell, even just a new suburb) is to seek out a good bookstore (preferably an indie secondhand bookstore) and see what they’ve got. If you’re ever in Tel Aviv, you should check out the Little Prince – it’s a secondhand bookstore AND cafe AND bar!! I was in heaven, it’s a miracle I ever left!!
